Özet
Çok ebeveynli çocuk olmak son zamanlarda dini, ahlaki, etik tartışmalara konu olan, hakkında birçok ülkede yasal düzenlemelerin olmadığı ve toplumlarda tartışılan bir konudur. Bu çalışmada, öncelikle güncel literatür gözden geçirilmiş, ardından mitokondriyal donasyon tekniklerinden (pronükleer transfer, stoplazmik transfer, spindle nükleer transfer) bahsedilerek konunun etik boyutu irdelenmiştir. Mitokondri bağışı tekniklerinin klinik uygulamaları ve etik açıdan değerlendirilmesini kolaylaştırmak adına iki örnek vaka da sunulmuştur.
